I bought the complete pack but never got my license key
Your license key and receipt are emailed by Polar, our payment provider, right after checkout. It can take a couple of minutes — and it occasionally lands in spam, so search your inbox for "Polar". Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
How do I activate my license key?
- Click the K icon in your Mac's menu bar.
- Choose Unlock Complete Pack…
- Paste your key and click Activate.
All 26 packs unlock instantly. The same key works on every Mac you own — just repeat these steps on each machine. If activation fails, check that the key was pasted with no extra spaces, make sure you're online, and if it still won't take, email us the key and we'll fix it.
Kachunk is running but I hear nothing
Kachunk needs macOS's Input Monitoring permission to hear your keystrokes. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring and make sure Kachunk is switched on, then quit and reopen the app. Also worth checking: the app isn't muted in its menu, your output volume is up, and the right output device is selected.
Download and installation
Kachunk is free, runs on macOS 13 or later, and lives in your menu bar — no dock icon. Grab it from the download section, open the download, and drag Kachunk to Applications. To uninstall, quit Kachunk from its menu and move the app to the Trash.
